It's a scam - look at their claims
They claim a "0 to 24% increase in fuel economy." What does that mean? It means that even if it does absolutely nothing, they are still correct in their claim.
I've got a magic black box that does just as much, and also can turn red lights green (although it may take several moments for activation, and is not compatible with all lights). $19.95 if you call now.
