I always thought the first four digits were the flow rate (could be wrong)

Default All Bosch have 0280-150-XXX to denote injector. Unfortunately I don't see the 991 on my list.
My guess is between 33 to 36 lbs per hour. Ed, are these Porsche or Ford?

Default i got it from DSR and the labels were rubbed off, theyre white. and this cant be >310cc
since i run lean (>5Krpm) @ 3bar(used 4bar with it), now i have 310cc@3bar installed. #0280 150 991 should be around 260cc to 290cc, i just want to be specific

Maybe. My list shows Bosch injs at ... 240, 265, 285, 300, 340, 380,... at 3.45 bar
