Default quickie instructions, crimp brake fluid supply line to clutch master cylinder and then remove hose

from clutch master cylinder.

- remove driver's side knee board or whatever you call that cover under the instrument cluster. You'll need to expose two 8mm bolts hidden behind those strips at knee level by carefully prying them out with a small screw driver - or your nails if they are strong enough (he he). There is also one screw behind the fuse panel cover. then, there is one more screw I think close to the center cluster, above gas pedal area.

Remove cover, then you'll expose the small master cylinder for clutch. There are two allen bolts that hold it. Pop the clutch shaft out from the pedal assembly. Done. Total time, about 30 minutes.

Reassemble. Bleed at slave cylinder side above left side of bell housing of tranny. Do you have an A4? Then additional time another 30-40 minutes. S4? Maybe another 1-2 hours and lots of swearing trying to get the slave cylinder behind the turbo covered by some heat shields ;P
