There are two different part#'s one is a sport turbo 225hp and the other is standard 200hp.(from what the dealer says) The engine layout looks the same, but I haven't been able to see the manifold or a pic of the engine.

Default you mean put a B7 2.0t turbo on a B6 orB5?

i'm going to highly doubt it's possible. It's still a K03 on the new A4, but the design is very different. The turbocharger was designed for a FSI engine.

software for an FSI engine isn't going to be able to be used on the b5 or b6

Default i heard the hot side of the turbo is part of the manifold, so.....

just the center section and cold side (compressor) bolt into the manifold. not sure how true it is but thats what i read.

Default they are still using the same size compressor and turbine on a 2.0?

thats stupid, the K03 has a hard enough time on the 1.8, it must run out of breath at 4500 rpm on the 2.0, anyone know that psi the 2.0 runs?

It is a different K03. So I think it should be fine.

Default I'm sure it's got different wheels than the K03-005 and other A4 K03's.......

K03 is just a designation for a frame size.
