I just checked ETKA....
The 96 has the part number 8D0 199 379H or 8D0 199 379K (I think it supercedes the previous number) Left and Right are the same.
The 97 has part numbers 8D0 199 379J (Left) and 8D0 199 382J (right)
Funny thing was, the left and right mounts I pulled out were exactly the same.
The right mount was listed as $20 on the carmadillo site, the left being $40.
I never tried the search function, I just went through each of the catagories looking to see what they had, and if I needed any of them.

I also ordered clutch master and slave cylinders....
The mounts I got had the Audi part numbers molded into the rubber. There were actually 4 or 5 part numbers listed (just the last letter changed)
The clutch cylinders came in ATE boxes with the Sachs name molded on the side, so they were OEM parts as well.
I think most of the parts are from OEM suppliers, so basically, you're not paying to upgrade to an Audi box
I looked at the return policy, and it didn't have any fees associated with it, and looked to be straight-forward, so I decided to try them and see. Worked out pretty well. If you wanted, you could try ordering two of the 1.8 mounts, and see if they'll work. Worst that could happen is you're out the shipping costs.
