APR SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
APR's customer service sucks!!! I orderd a lidetdek system online with second day air. It was a gift for my girlfriends 2005 s4. I ordered it last week thurs. Never came. Called them on tues, they said "I dont have online info here" waited approx 5 minutes and got to talk to a Joyce. She said they would ship overnight at there expense that day. By the way my girlfriends birthday was turs and I told them that. Wed no parcel. Called again they said they had no shipping record. They would call tomm(thurs). Thurs no call. I finally had to call and ask for Joyce again. She said they had another shipping problem!! They would send it out tomm.(fri). No offer to make it up some how just "sorry". SO All I had for my girlfriend was a promise?(oh and some sweet Iforged rims!!) Buyers beware.. I dont care how good anyones products are , if they dont take care of the consumer people will shop else where!! APR sucks!!
