Default Bigger Injector setup issues?

I have a 99 AEB motor with a K04 Hybrid,
I run PC16.01 file, I have decent compression 175 on all 4.
I run an adj fpr @ 30 psi 0 vac
Trims are -.8 and -1.2
The oil is getting gassy quick, The dyno showed 12.5--12.2 a/f when in boost.
The car takes about 6 to 7 cranks to start cold, I wonder if this is how the gas is getting pushed past the rings.

I also wonder if the 02 Sensors are lazy? I was running much higher trims before for about 1k miles probably -5 and -12, may have carbon coated them, slowing the reaction?

Any thoughts on troubleshooting dillution problems?

I do run 1 step colder plug, I wonder if I could run stock plugs with this file? I see 17 psi all the way up. I know the chip runs a lot of advance..but the stock plugs would help with the cold start. With the a/f I have the cylinder temps are probably a little cool anyhow.

I even went as far as to put the green coolant temp sensor in, I made a dongle to adapt it to the blue connector, I checked the values vs. the resistance chart in the Bentley, they are the same.
Maf looks fine 3.9g/s idle 187 max
IAT is cleaned in spec...

I am bummed, the car runs great , I did almost 200 whp in a AEB tiptronic FWD with 18"s on..

But it's no good if I have cylinder wash happening? Or is the sooty 12.2 a/f just making the oil smell of gas...it doesn't smell like raw gas too much more like residual burt fuel, but in 250 miles the oil was pretty dark.

Thoughts?
Thanks in advance for your time,

TJ

Default so you are running larger injectors w/just a chip.

I wouldn't think that the chip would be running proper fuel amounts unless it was made custom with the injectors in mind.

The chip was tuned for RC 310cc or bosch 270cc with a 3 bar fpr.

Default 30psi @ 0 vac?

Sounds way too low.

Do you mean 30psi at idle WITH vacuum?

It could be the O2 sensor, heat and running rich can make them go bad, so I would try changing the primary O2 and see what happens.

Default Re: 30psi @ 0 vac?

Xr: Yeah in order to get idle trims inline so no apllication of major negatives to WOT MAP I see like 24 psi idle!!

This gives me trims of the -.8 and -1.2

Vac in park, warm idle is 19hg (Tiptronic)

It's pissing me off I think the o2 idea is the next step, the VWTOOL shows it to be slowly switching from rich to lean, however that could be the refresh rate of the program more than the speed of the ocillation. With the heated element, how long until the precat o2 starts swinging?

Why else would I have to trim out so much fuel?
I remember reading Laserk04 runs 30 psi but, that might be at Vac not 0hg

The only other things I can think of are:

PCV clogged not letting the smoggy oil breathe..(long shot)

N80 purge valve took a ****ter for over a week, I did not notice, and the canister could be chock full of fuel or vapor/both.

Something is up obviously, do you think my cold compression is that bad that it is sneaking into the fuel, I mean would the car run fine warm and hold boost 17 psi to redline, but cold lose enough to let the dillution happen....? I have 50k on it...

Thanks for all your help guys, anything is welcome, I am stuck....
