Default Bleeding air from cooling system

Was wondering what the procedure was to bleed all air left in the cooling system after doing a full coolant flush

AEB 1.8T engine

Thanks

Default 2 heater hoses (covered by an accordion thing) to right of the battery

left hose... slide the clamp away, pull the hose until its barely clinging on the pipe - the tiny hole on top of this hose should open up.
what i do is fill the tank and squeeze(pumping) on the radiator hose until coolant squirts out of the tiny hole (a foot up in the air should do). you can also lift the semi filled tank until coolant overflows/squirts from the hole.
i only did this when i had over heating problems, usually i just fill and rev.
