Brullen exhaust?

I have the opportunity of buying a approx. one-year old Brullen cat-back for an asking price of $500-too much, fair,or good price?? Is the Brullen cat-back a good choice for my '99 2.8QM? All comments are appreciated!! Thanks.

bah.... brullen is good, but lltek is the distrubutor and they suck..
