Bucking from 2nd to 3rd gear

Bucking from 2nd to 3rd gear

1998.5 A4 2.8Q auto/tip, always 91 octane gas, no mods, followed standard maint.
I have been getting this engine bucking when accelerating from 2nd to 3rd gear for the last ten thousand miles with Audi telling me there is nothing wrong. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? I'll try to explain it to the best of my ability, any help would be greatly appreciated.
When in automatic, accelerating normally the engine shifts from 1st gear to 2nd gear and the rpm's shoot to about 3500-4000 still in 2nd gear then kicks to 3rd gear and I feel a bucking of the engine. This never happened before.
