It's adjustable to fit different headrest poles / widths, etc. Very easy to install and remove.
Bought it for autocrossing. It actually has a saftey strap that you can wrap around the camera as well.
On my maiden voyage there was a rattle coming from the mount, but there is a small nut and bolt that I tightened up... Problem solved.
For the money, I'm really happy with it. I'm actually glad I didn't build my own because this will fit multiple cars, unlike a home made job.
