Default Compression Test... all readings low and i already searched...

I performed a compression test earlier tonight at my school and all readings showed ~125psi, give or take a couple psi. I've read here that I should be considerably higher but I looked at All-Data and it said 100-125psi is in spec. Is there anything I did wrong? It's DBW, I took out the fuel pump fuse, but didn't take out all the spark plugs, just one at a time. Nothing seems wrong with the car, I was just testing it because it's getting up in miles and I wanted to see how everythings holding up. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Default 185+ is good. yours not so good.

how many miles? i just did a leak down on my car at 70k and had 3 percent leakage across the board (insanely good, most cars dont come like that from the factory). and another friend of mine was stg3 for 20k+ miles and now has a 3071R and his lowest is 195. (was done last week). he has a 2000 and has mileage close to mine.

might wanna leak down and maybe comp test with another tester. that does sound right judging by the mods you have.

Default okay, which test are we talking about here...

Are you talking about the leakdown test where piston is at TDC w/ all valves closed or the compression test where i tap in the pressure guage and crank the engine over until i reach the highest psi? either way, what really gets to me is that I looked on All-Data for the specs for my car and for a compression test it said 100-125psi is within spec.

Default AndyTN had similar readings with a cheap gauge.

He tried a better one with these results
