Consensus on Test pipe?

check out eurocode and their ATP pipe, its under exhaust on the site. most HP and TQ.
I will soon be getting this one installed with a APR R1 DV to compliment my APR stage 1+. The downpipe is a 3"r and will make the car feel like its "chipped" again. All according to my audi tech and eurocode. My audi tech said he can do something to the ECU so their will be no problem getting it smog'd. This is the next greatest thing that we can do to our cars. 40lbs of tq and 12-15hp can be expected. Spool up is quicker and this alone will wake up our engines.

should i wait for my borla or can i bolt it on to the stock exhaust for the mean time. cars already chipped, 20 psi blew the stock DV into bits lol

i will still have my stock exhaust, the ATP pipe works very well with stock, according to ATP &.
eurocode. When i had mine chipped they didn't even suggest changing to a better DV. After learning that its vital to maximize our reflash, i was pissed. My audi tech is just as excited as me about the upgrades he will install. I am having my timing/water pump kit installed, oil change, then the upgrades all at same time. Now i'm learning how to lean out the feul by playing with the octane. I found a 1 gallon jug of 129 octane fuel for $15. What a difference octane makes to the reflash. It's all about the octane, and with the downpipe we will have even more power. It's like you can have a virtual boost controller by messing with the octane. Damn, i should have been a chemist...

mine too. 91 is the highest here in Bakersfield at local stations. the higher octane was huge!!!!
i'm curious if i had Ingolstadt West in Canoga Park add a race program to the existing reflash, how much it would improve with the high octane gallon of fuel. Also, with 14 gallons of 91 mixed with one gallon of 129 octane, what would the total octane be???
