I'll jump in here with my novice opinion, since no one seems to be answering you. my opinion is that it's both overpriced and doesn't do any good.
The fan is $100 dollars from JCWhitney, + 70 bucks of...what, a metal cap for the fan pulley? Plus it's not an easy install, it involves disasembling your front end, and no one can prove any HP gains.
The theory is it's good for 3-5 hp, but no one has shown any gains that I've seen, And I've been looking closely.
