engine for racing..

Hi I'm totally new to this forum and I have registered on behalf of my uncle.

He is a rally car, hill climbing racing driver and is looking to take on a completely new project.

He is in need of an engine that is 3 ltr or under and a V6. Can anybody recommend one or were we could find details??

Does anyone know of any 30V V6 engines for sale or of anyone who has tuned one? We would like to know of any weak points in the engine before purchasing.
