Reflex tuning
anybody have experience with Reflex tuning? Their customer service rep Heather was extremely rude to me and apparently needs lessons in customer service. I've heard they also don't answer their phones or respond to emails. Any thoughts? They say they are NH premiere vw audi tuner. I think that title is undeserved and will make sure it is stripped of them.

I am not sure when you had an issue. If you leave a voicemail you will get a call back. Right now we have been closed since right before Christmas for vacation time. Please contact the shop asap to resolve this issue. Thank you.

IMO Northern European in Concord is best on east coast and I have spent a lot of $ finding out. No slinging of crap on Reflex as I dont know them, but to get the best susp. tuning find someone who cares for race cars and does work out of or is close to a track. FWIW most really good ones are also excellent drivers and understand adjustments/corner weighting/etc..
