No, it would be the same until.....
the stock IC get's heat soaked. Once that happens, the stock IC can't reject the heat fast enough, so the intake temps start to climb. The stock IC heatsoaks very fast on a chipped car.

The reason the turbo is working harder is cause the cooler is much bigger so the turbo has to work harder to keep the cooler preasurised and still keep the same boost preasure at the intake manifold.
BTW: that stock turbo is so small that the stock cooler is almost to big, my 3 cyl 1 litre Firefly turbo was bigger.

i thought about that, but the oil temp would only rise if the coolant temp did, and coolant temp is
fine, its no higher than before
as of now im running the APR v.3 with cone intake, FMIC and high flow cat

right now i still have the KO3 and im running APR v.3, with the new turbo heat wont be an issue
