The place also sells some remanufactured ones.(might consider those if the price is right)
Not sure how much those cost.
Are the t3/t4e hybrids ko4s?
Will they be a direct bolt on for my a4?

Awesome! I've been looking for a good source for flanges...
No they will not bolt on. These are garret turbos with similar exhaust bolt patterns to a GT25/T28. T3/T4 hybrids are pretty popular on DSM's, Toyota and Honda/Acura's with custom turbos.
