Default H&R/Bilsteins VS. H&R Coilovers

I have the H&R Sports with Bilsteins on my FWD 1.8 and was wondering what the noticeable differences were. Which one is a softer ride? Which one is lower?

Default I've had both....

H&R "sport" springs with Bilstein shocks on my old '97 A4 1.8T and now I have H&R "street" coilovers on my S4.

The coilovers offer superior ride and handling, IMHO. They are quite comfortable on bad roads and I don't find them to be at all harsh. The coilovers can go a lot lower than the H&R sport springs.
