Default Has anyone played with the revo lemmiwinks on a 2.8 yet??

I was toying with the idea of a little timing advance, but wasn't sure about how to alter the fuel to compensate... probably not worth the effort...

Default Try it...

Run a baseline log of blocks 022 thru 024 at WOT in 3rd gear(i think those are the timing retard blocks for 2.7/2.8 engines). You should see around ~0 on all cylinders with a stock engine. Once that's done, advance the timing .75 degrees and run another log. Keep doing this until you start seeing ~3-4 degrees of retard. Once you reach that, you can leave the timing or back off a little if timing pullback worries you. I personally wouldn't worry about a few degrees of pullback.

Default Great, thanks!!! Should I worry about messing with fueling at all?

there probably isn't much to be gained by monkeying with that... but, if there is something to be gained, well, you know...

Default so, I ran some baseline tests this morning. Under high load, low RPMs, I was seeing 2~2.5 on various

cylinders.. At full throttle higher revs, I was seeing 0 retardation. I suppose this is normal. I am going to try advancing the timing slightly, and will report back.
