I thought the blue MTM RS4 from DahlBack was the only one that hit that mark...
not sure of the car's details, but K16's or larger are needed. Then again, Blitskrieg boost may already be there since he is not running K anything ;P

The MTM car was not touched by Dahlback AFAIK, just Roland Meyer and his crew. I think it dyno'd at 602hp, forget the torque. Its in a more recent issue of e.c., mentioned in its own article, as well as the german tuner GP. Pretty sure it has K16's on it.
AWE may have an S4 stateside running close to that? I know they have three cars in the 3-600hp range. One of their silver cars is "making around 550bhp". GIAC software, modified K04's, etc. Its in the December e.c...
