Default How come I never hear anything about upgraded fuel pumps in Audis?

Does the FPR completely take care of that?

Default The stock fuel pump is good for around 400 hp

The K04 kits run a 5 bar to raise fuel pressure but the stock pump will deliver enough fuel to keep up with the demand.

A few of us are running Walbro 255 high flow fuel pumps.

Default Walbro...

That's what I've been seeing in my search for a used DSM. And that's why I asked. Thanks.

Many of the S4 Stage 3 kits use the RS4 fuel pump. But the stock pump does fine.

Default Re: Just a fyi there is 2 versions....

a regular 255lph unit and then there is a high pressure version.

A lot of people when they buy the pump just look for the cheapest one which is not the high pressure version which is prolly $15-25 less.

Are you running a kit or did you make it fit cause the walboro is physically skinnier. The ATP kit uses the high pressure version and is the same pump I made 400awhp I believe either at 3 or 4 bar of fuel pressure.

Default I am running the high pressure 255lph

At 20psi of boost I made 385 whp running right around 3 bar at the fpr, this was on a mustang dyno. I should be running on a dyno jet very soon.
