how many here have experience blown struts on their h&r coilovers? how?

or havent for that matter ... ?

browsing around .. i'm finding more than i would like concerning blown struts on h&r coilovers. has this happened on other coils? sure. i just havent seen any. maybe it's due to the larger install base of h&r coils. shrug

i have a set myself and everythings okey-dokey on houston streets.. i'm just curious.

Well did you check to see if those blown shocks were on the normal or ultra's.

It is funny when you look into what they sell over in europe and what they send over here. Seems we just get the toss outs that they dont want. Sounds like most the cars we get over here.

[raises hand] Rear right... I also was searching in the archives.. lots of cases...

But then again..who really knows the stats.

But my right rear is blown, and my car rides like ***. But I'm being sent a warranty replacement. And I'll just change them over. No biggie.
