Default a little boost envy, eh???

Stage III plus runs that much boost without changing internal components and your S3 is running about 22 psi. Your jealousy or lack of speed has turned you into a purebreed jackass.

Default spoken like a true idiot

I was referring to the TURBO, not engine internals. I'm well aware of what the 1.8T will handle. News flash for you: my car runs a steady 2340 millibar, which, if you'll do the math (you can add and subtract, right?) is roughly 19.7 PSI. We won't toy with anything higher until a boost sender with a higher range is located (stock caps at 2500.) The goal is MORE HP on LESS boost, or did you know that?
Since you think my car has a "lack of speed" you're more than welcome to watch my taillights anytime.

Who's the jackass here? You only show your face when there's something you can try to crack APR on. The envious one is YOU.

Default The only taillights you'll be talking about is 1bar's when he embarasses you

Did you even read the original post? Its say " how much boost can a 1.8t take?". Then you could not resist and make some childish comment. BTW, if you can read, re-read my post, I did not say anything negative about APR in this thread.

The Stage runs more boost then that, more like 26-28psi. That came straight from APR.

Default anyone can crank up the boost for better numbers, "Ken"

but at what cost?

Maybe not directly negative, but you couldn't resist even the most subtle jab.

Subtle...reeeeeeal subtle

Default stage3 runs 20psi. spikes up to about 23 to 24 for a brief moment.

3+ runs about 26.
