How much would it cost to tune my suspension...

I've adjusted them B4 and it's hard...
i know you gotta take out the whole strut and what not to make the shox softer or stiffer...
How much would it cost?
it's too time consuming for me to do and i don't have the right tools. It feels like the suspension is a bit uneven. when it hits bumps it seems a bit soft.
I live in LongIsland new york
Any Tuners around here in the NYC area that would be recommened?
I got my stuff at ultima Performance and i'm not very satified with them. They're good people but after george Left i dunno.
