I need help with my intercooler prob
Hey I purchases an intercooler today and that was all i got? Now will this work if I get some piping for my car? The reason I am asking is because I heard with a drive by wire car you have to put all these sensors everywhere. What do I do?

If all you got was a core...
You will need a shop to bend up some hardlines to connect it up, and use flexible rubber couplings (samco come to mind) to attach the piping so the engine can still rock on its mounts w/o cracking the pipes or core, and this also isolates vibration.
Next, you will need to devise a bracket to hold the core to the radiator support in the car, so the core will be held up by more than the piping. Popular ideas are to use strap steel or aluminum (depending on what kind of core you have) and MIG welding it to the core, then bolting that to the radiator support.
AFAIK, and I don't have a DBW car, so take it for what it is worth, there are sensors in the intercooler piping, so you will have to remove them from the factory piping, and weld in bungs in your tubing to take them. Try and place the bungs near the original positions, so you don't have to extend the wiring harness.
What core did you get?
