Default I want to go big turbo: Need some direction/advice.

I have a 99.5 Audi A4 1.8T quattro with tiptronic.

I need some advice about tuning.

I want to do a T-28 turbo, with a custom manifold made by someone local that I know is capable of very professional work.

1) I want to see if there is some sort of chip already out to base my kit off of. I can't seem to get straight help from anyone regarding tuning, and I'm hitting dead ends already even though I've only called a few places. I want to see if GIAC has some file out already for a T-28, since PES has a kit. However when I called PES they told me it wouldn't work without "specific" parts. All an ECU is, is a/f, boost control, and timing. He's saying I need specific stuff. I told him it wouldn't mean anything if I got a different manifold, a similar turbo since a T-28 is a T-28 pending I got the same trim, etc. All that would matter were injectors, and MAF sensor. But he wouldn't tell me what they used which is understandable. So should I go with that software and try to find out what MAF sensor they use and injectors?

2) I'm sure half of you are going to say I will blow my transmission. Thats my next question: can I hook up an Apex`I AVC-R up to the ECU of my car to limit boost in 1st gear and the bottom of 2nd? AVCR is basically an expensive boost controller, and I know people run EBCs and MBCs...how is that done?

3) Anyone here do a T-28 kit from the ground up themselves? What did you do for tuning? Can you help lead me in a direction?

My AIM is darkkstar1337, it might be easiest to talk there.

Thanks much.

Default I hope your ready for some major lag on that tip off the line.

Did PES tell you if they would sell you the chip, maf and injectors as a set to work with your setup?

Default Revo has posted saying that the big turbo software is not

part of the software line, more a small turbo chip that has been changed most likely with Lemmiwinks by one of their dealers.
