Default I have a cone intake

It goes into limp mode only when it gets hot.

Default Uhh, I had a cone intake for about a year...

When I was running a giac chip and borla exhaust. The car never went into limp mode because of high IAT's, even when the temps were in the 90's and driving hard.

Default My exhaust is coming...

I'm gonna see if the hot air will flow better with it. If it still takes me to limp mode...i'm taking the intake out.

Default Exhaust won't help a bit...

I'd be willing to bet something else is causing your limp mode.

Default What kind of intake, and are you using a heat shield?

If you're not using a heat shield, get one in there quick!

How hot is it getting?

Default I thought so too, I was at the dealer...

The tech was telling me the intake is causing the problem. no idea. I got no clue what's wrong with the car. If the weather stays cool, I'll never know! haha
