Bought used SPP Intrax springs with Koni adjustables and a Neuspeed sway bar. I've got less than 30K miles on my car. Bought it used so my Audi Assured warranty goes to 100K.

Factors:
1. bought car in spring, so haven't driven it in winter. how will handling be affected in foul weather
2. warranty considerations
3. have 2 track sessions coming up in october (my first!) should i learn on a more soft suspension and then trade up later?

Your experience and wisdom greatly appreciated.

Default just do it

the performance difference is not going to be overwelming on the track. Who cares about winter.

Don't worry about the warranty for the suspension. What Audi won't cover, the maker of the new suspension should.

You should do it now ESPECIALLY if you are going to a track event. The handling of the car is important, as is track tires.

Check out my sig pic...with my car this low, I have yet to scrape on anything. I think our cars sit a lot higher than others so when you lower the car, there is still quite a bit of ground clearance.

Default Steve, so I take it you have no problem driving yours in Chicagos' snowy winters? (m)

Frankly, snow does not accumulate significantly where I am located....but...I'm thinking of taking my mom's snowmobiles to Michigan this winter & would be using the Audi to transport bodies (pick-up will tow the 'mobiles).
