Thanks for that helpful write up, John.

I made the spacer like you said, but it came up short. I ended up welding some nubs at the top to space it out enough ;-) (Yes, I welded it in the gas tank) :-O

I have enough to make a few more, so if anyone wants one I'll be able to chop off a requested length.

I'll be replacing the adjustable fpr with a Neuspeed unit, IMO they're better. I took it out for a drive, and fuel pressure went higher at full boost, but not by much. I'll have to play with it some more....

I'll give you a chunk. When I cut mine, to .7" as John Bass had described in his writeup, it came up short for me. Might be different on every one, just a little. So, like I said, if you have a way of cutting it, I could give you the piece, talk you through it some, & you'll be good. Or just disassemble it, and bring it all to the shop. I'll help you with it there.

It's gonna be nice having a car so close to mine, to be able to compare things. You'll also have to see the new intake I just made!
