Mike, you ever own a Tip A4 with a K04???

I had your thoughts exactly. With the small K03, the mid range was awesome in the A4 when it was chipped, but the difference with the K04,... to me, was barely noticeable. Just my experiences. I went through 2 K04's in the Tip A4 1.8T. In retrospect, just not worthwhile for the price and work. But if you're curious,... by all means! Be my guest and go try! =)

Actually I have plenty of friends that have tips.

They have gone to K04's and noticed a big difference since the K04 can hold more boost much longer and flow more air.

I'd feel it too spending that much money on it! =)

It's like the first time you bought a nice pricy exhaust,... did you feel the power increase. The +10hp or whatever they stated??? Hehe,... I sure felt it after paying stupid money for a Scorpion exhaust. =) It's predominately physchological.
