It look like some APR cars didn't perform and wouldn't you think a tuner would show his best efforts

It didn't....no catch can and w/ 31 psi on new rings, there will be some blow by..
the oil was blowing out of hte little filter right onto the exhaust mani and smoking. Thats all.
