Default Looking to change the plugs on my 2.7T-->

the car will be going in for its 31,000 mile servicing, and I want to get the plugs changed as well. I don't want to pay them $20 something per plug plus labor. Can anyone give me some advice as how to change them, and where to find replacement plugs for a reasonable price?
I've got a complete toolkit, so I won't need to buy anything. Other than removing the coolant resevoir, is there anything else that needs to be removed?
Thanks in advance.
