Lucas and Mau- Is there anyway u guys can tell me the exact setup...
u guys have cause i was reading your posts from b4 and sorta wanna head in that direction. Did u guys have to change any internals...and also how much hp/tq are u guys running right now. Can u tell me the price and where to get the parts also. I would greatly appreciate it. thanks

Both of them are running custom setups that have been put together from
parts from different companies. Lucas rebuilt his bottom end of his non dbw car and MAU has a 2000 with a stock motor. I would have to say both have spent well over the price of a PES or APR stage 3. Doing a custom setup has more then a price tag of parts but the added money of having custom tuning done and all the time you spend trying to get it tuned just right.

Custom Setup.
Essentially
Stronger Rods, Chrome Molly with ARP Rod Bolts.
JE Pistons
Slightly Ported Head
Schrick Cams
Custome made Pipe Steel exhaust Manifold.
Garrett GT25/35 Turbo
Larger Injectors
GIAC Softare
3" Exhaust
FMIC
S4 Bar,
Thats essentially it for engine.
Last Dyno run with smaller turbo was about 385HP with 350Ftlbs Torque.
Larger Turbo on now, no current dyno.
Still a few more things to sort out.
Stronger Rods, Chrome Molly with ARP Rod Bolts.
