Default Mapping the Motronic 7.5? Anyone? Piggyback? Check list of mods.

The following mods are being mado to the engine:
2 liter stroke kit, Je pistons, Auto Verdi Rods, Better valves from Schrick, agressive cams, compression at 8:1, larger turbo (havent decided yet), custommade exhaust manifold, superlarge intercooler, 3" exhaust with racekat, 610 cc fuelinjectors.
Ther isn´t anyone here in Sweden that can map the oem Motronic to a satisfying result. I´m in desperate need of ideas. Does anyone know of a good piggybacksystem that will workon the car?
Check out my swedish homepage at www.rattracing.com .

http://www.rattracing.com</a

Default If the 610cc injectors are low imp then you will have to go piggy back

stocks are high imp. Right now I am in the same boat as you are since I will be doing a big turbo on my 2 liter in the next few weeks and will need around 660cc injectors to get the power out of it.

You might want to talk to the guys at ATP since they have a few 2 liter VW's running.

Default Dahlback isn't a viable source in your estimation? They have a 2.0l set up IIRC

Default 660cc high impedence.. i don't think motronik can handle and it doesnt handle low impedence....

What kind of piggy back you looking for? a standalone fuel system, or MAF signal modifying system?

What kind of output are you going for?

anyway, you probably want to go with unichip -

(explains what it does)

my java doesnt really work on my browser, i couldn't display sweden properly. if you have same problem, just give them a ring. if all fails, lemme know, i will try to give you another solution.

Default The ecu will handle anything that is high impedence, one other is running 550's with a GIAC chip.

I have a dbw so I dont think I will go the stand alone way since I would have to change my setup over to a non dbw, ony way I will do that is if there is no other way to get fuel to my setup for 450hp.
