motor replacement

I have just recently taken my head off due to the frickin timing belt. My7 pistons are jacked, my valves are ALL bent, and the other things that pertain to the timing. I am considering rebuilding my motor vs new engiine vs used engine, any ideas on what to do? I would like to get 300hp or close to it when it is rebuilt if it is feasible. Also any ideas on how much it would cost to rebuild the motor DIY?
