1. how do you know that you have a eurorean spec?
2. which tunners do modification on european spec?

this is reaching, since the question isn't specific,

you can compare the VIN, to see what specs the car was made with. Or if you're getting an engine from a junkyard, you'll need to do some homework on whatever model you're looking at and see what the differences are, EGR, no EGR, cat, no cat, etc....again, you need to be more specific with the question
