I got a Garret hybrid GT25/35 Setup with those type of power levels.
I would not look at the t3 type, turbo, they are generally slow in response, the new GT turbos are much faster..

Apples to oranges...
Hiya,
It seems by the way you ask your question that your principle concern is horsepower performance. If that is the case go for the DSM (I assume you mean the Talon/Eclipse AWD) if you want the least cost/horsepower benefits.
Now IMHO, these are two completely different cars when all other factors are considered. The A4 is obviously plusher, roomier, etc. and a sedan. It will always be at a weight disadvantage racing vehicles that are not sedans. Its real competition would be the BMW 3-series, Saab 9-3, etc. The DSM would be more at home competing with the Integra, the Celica, etc.
Having raced Integras heavily and toyed in some of my friends DSMs at the track, I will tell you that the Audi (unless you really do the Lucas-type mods) will get beaten easily by the lighter cars with less mods at the dragstrip or on the open straightaways.
The Audi, as I said is a different car. I feel it is much more rounded, its AWD system is far superior to the DSMs, its chasis is far more solid (take a look at all the upper strut bars in modded Tegs and in Acuras own Type-R to make them solid), and the motor can take far more upgrades without having to open it up.
So what do you want? A lighter coupe with less amenities and room, with a hot-motor for less cash that is highly rewarding at the dragstrip? Or a larger sport sedan that will give you a greater day-to-day driving satisfaction but not win as many stoplight battles?
Last, I will suggest from having driven both of these cars heavily that the Audi is more forgiving at the track when that hairpin doesn't get executed as you planned! ;-)
Good luck with your choice!
Michael
