Default Opinions on Boost controller vs. chip?? ......

Boost controller seems more practical, cheaper, and doesnt void warranty? what am i missing?

Default uum a lot...

practical (not really you will never have an optimized setting)
cheaper (perhaps)
warranty (yeah it will void your warranty, probably faster than a chip) You have higher potential of doing harm with a boost controller

in the VW Audi world chips are way more practical, safer and "better engineered" than a boost controller

I think u r better off with a boost controller, it is the same price 500 for a Chip and 500 for boost controller from APEX, but when u take the car in for warranty work u can take the boost controller off, and teh only way they would know that there was ever anything done is if they checked the computer readouts, and they never do that
