Default Opinions needed on a BPV - HELP!

My forge valve is not happy. I think it is time for a new one, but searches have not helped me decide which one.

I am thinking of a Greddy type S or a GFB hybrid. Does anyone have any thoughts on the best valve to get?

TIA...

Default between those two the Greddy TypeS.

has to be my favorite bov/bpv, used it on all my turbo cars except the audi.

Default what's wrong with the forge?

I've found that when my forge is jacked up sounding/performing it's something else wrong with the car that's causing it to not function correctly.

Default The aluminum piston is a worn where is seats.

I found that is leaks over 23psi when I did a pressure test, so I bought a blue spring to stiffen it up. When I opened up the valve I found that I already have the blue spring AND the pison is worn right where it seats at the bottom. I could try to fix it and get a red spring, but I am thinking to just get a valve that I can adjust...

Default If you are looking for an adjustable, check out the Strat valve.

I run it with my T-28, and I have been happy with it. I must admit that i have only had this set-up for about 2 months. Time will tell how good the vlave really is.

Default Type S..

I've gone thru numerous Bosch (710N and 110), Forge and TurboXS valves. The Type S is the only one I've been satisfied with.

Default arrrgh, how long have you had yours?

thanks for the heads up...what were the symptoms of it failing? Just couldn't hold boost or were there any particular sounds that were associated with it.
