performance hp+lbs ft or stage clutch and flywheel

i want to make a lot of changes to my 2000 audi a4 1.8t should i first add horsepower or should i change things such as a stage clutch, a lighter flywheel and is there any reasons i should upgrade my brakes and to what???? thanks

add hp is my personal opinion...but no under drive pullies!

First you should probably search, there TONS of info there

Then you can see most ppl chip, suspension, wheels in that order but its up to you. An yea no underdrive pulleys
