I always get that code due to the race pipe.

I just get the "sensor 2 too slow". =P

Default Seems to vary from car to car. Some folks seem to toss a CEL , some rarely do and others never do.
From what I gather all the second O2 sensor does is snitch on the primary sensor. Do you have only the single sensor plugged in?
