Any feedback Question, feel free to email me or post a reply....
These are NOT for sale yet, I'm just posting my progress, so please don't email me asking how much or anything, as they are still being testing.

thats the ideal way to do flanges like that, so they dont break...
they are welded from the inside out, there are just some tack welds..
The cats that break break from the outside weld jobs that are absolute crap, as I learned in my downpipe research. so any welds I have fabricated are welded from the inside, and I can pretty much gaurantee they wont snap or crack, and this guy does an excellent job.

and you've been a professional welder for how many years?
I havent had any prolblems so far with and flanges breaking, we use either laser cut flanges or we make out own on a flame cutter, as for the welds, there is plenty of weld holding those suckers on there. I dont do welding so I can't answer all the welding question.
This guy has 20+ years of welding experience commerical, military ect.. he's been doing this for a long time, if they broke I'm sure he'd stop. The only one i've seen break are the outside welded ones, they crack, these cant crack considering its inside, and not butted up.
Keep track of my products if they crack, you can tell me about it later.
