Default They can send you a new chip, but not a new encryption board...

so the chip by itself is worthless, so I see no reason why they would want it back.

Default I guess my question is:

Say my current programming is outdated. If I send them my computer and they put in the updated chip, would they give me the old chip if I ever wanted to switch back ?

Default You can always ask if there is a new update they can let you try.

If you dont like it you just send it back, but I dont think they have any new updates for the ndbw kit. Just make sure you have the version # of the chip you have on hand before calling.
