Default So I have heard recently that the J-31 program is too much torque for the tip tranny...

I had the level 10 upgrade done but then had an issue and had to replace the tranny. kind of wanna go more power than the chip but not sure. i know the j31 pulls a lot of torque and runs very high boost levels. also know that people a lot of times install mbc's in parrallel with the n75 to reduce surging and boost spikes. if i did this and brought the boost down a small amount, not much but maybe 2 psi would this help at all to keep it within the limits of the tip tranny?

also, I have a tranny cooler left over from when i had an 02 accord v6 that was going to get a super charger until its untimely demise. would installing this on the a4 help keep the stock tip tranny from getting too stressed at all?

Default If you have a 2000 you might want to look at going with the K05 chip version first.

This runs slightly less boost with the K04 vs the J31 version.

Default Its the quick hit of tq that the J31 setup produces.

Are you running 28-30psi on your T28 with the 2 liter?
