Nope....
in fact, I wouldn't even bother with it in your case. If you find you're running a little rich, or lean in some places, then it might be an option, but the K04 kits are pretty well tuned right out of the box.

It almost seems that I am running a bit rich now, accroding to my A/F guage, I know the car will run rich at WOT, but it seems like after 50% throttle it runs on the first/sencond bar of rich. (autometer A/F) As you get to 75% throttle, i am 1/4 into the rich, WOT I am into 3/4 rich. Is this normal?

Those AF gauges are not all that great. Its a generalization really, since most factory O2's don't have the resolution to give an accurate description of what is going on. You need a wide band O2 ($$$) or just go with an EGT probe + gauge to get a better picture of what is going on as far as rich/lean conditions.
And from what I've seen, most chips tend to run a little rich since it is safer for the end users (no one engine will run exactly the same, so err on the rich side of things)...
