Default Stressing about a problem, need help!

Well I was driving my car to work this morning, and suddenly when the turbo began to spool, but when it reach the 3000 rpm mark, there was a huge hissing sound ( similar to a cat being clogged/backed up ). I have no CEL and car seems to have good power, even though throttle response is slow. I have APR stage II+ (chip, injectors, exhaust, and K&N air filter) and a Forge DV. I seriously need suggestions on possible causes for this occurence, cause I don't want miss Waterfest.

Sounds like a leak somewhere? Hoses? Connections?

Yeah, check your turbo plubming, clamps, hoses, vac lines, BPV, etc.
