those with T3/T4 turbos in A4's....how driveable is your car?
how is the low end power? wheen does the turbo start making boost? When does it acheive it's peak boost? What is the peak boost you are seeing? What/who's software do you have? Thansk in advance.

Well there are no kits out there on the audi's yet and they have not done a chip only setup
for a T3/T4 yet. They use a Air fuel controller and a boost controller, then add a 5th injector.

The ATP will use chip tuning...
they do their own software and have the kits on numerous VW's. They have a dyno currently and they may be getting a 4-wheel dyno also. The kit make full boost mid 4's.
The kit is plenty drivable with a turbo rush u can really feel. The VW ran a 13.1 at 110 on stock clutch with slicks on and they were not allowed to do a burnout. The APR stage 3 GTI was also in the lane next to it ;-)

I've sat in the T3/T4 car... the car's low end isn't bad, I don't think it's much worse than a
chipped K03, but because of the humongous surge of power that you get once you hit 5k, low end doesn't seem like it's there. The T3/T4 setup has an ungodly pull that just sucks you back into your seat with a grin the size of Texas.
But again, that's comparing my little tiptronic K03 to the fastest A4 in North America that I know of.

It does still make some boost down low...its a little more lag then K04...
but still feels almost the same as K04 I got now with just a ****load more bite.
If I ever get computer skillz or anyone else I'll also try and get some scanned dyno's of T3/T4 and it'll be cool to overlap and show the dyno's of all the kits so everyone can see the true differences in spool time, power and max power. The T3/T4 is big but has proved itself as a winning turbo. The ball bearing design also helps .
The T3/T4 is big but there is still much bigger.
