Default Turbo Question

What would happen to a 1.8t chipped under WOT in a bogged down situation?

Would there be alot of heat produced that wouldn't be able to dissipate?

Default There will be a lot of heat generated regardless...

Unless you have moved to a larger turbocharger, the K03 will generate very significant amounts of heat due to it's inefficiency at boost levels beyond about 6-8 psi.

It can dissipate the heat once you're off the boost.

Default should be okay

There is plenty of air flowing through the turbo it acts as a coolant, although an ineffecient one. It won't melt or anything I don't think, but if you are chipped, you'll be able to watch your turbo glow.
