When ever you put new pistons into a motor you have to bore it out
1 or 2 sizes over. This is what I was trying to say. Lucas did the same thing. Bore it over 1mm and you get 1825cc's.

Not necessarily, it depends on the amount of wear....
a low mileage motor could be honed. If you're doing a performance rebuild, you might as well open it to 82mm or 82.5mm.
My 2.0 motor will be 83mm.
